App upgrade!

With the feedback from our new billing agent partners, we have made the next step in the app development! This will enhance physician - billing agent ties and improve the flow of billing data.

• Billing agent account permits exclusive management of their physician clients with a well organized dashboard.
• Physicians can effortlessly choose the billing agent from the user profile menu.

Other improvements:

• We added time based billing for physicians working in anesthesia, surgical assists and psychotherapy.
  
• Polished user profile menu to easily change personal info, including a menu for choosing a billing agent as mentioned above.
  

By the way, we noted that the diagnosis search function was missing a good chunk of diagnoses. This will be updated very soon!
